garlic parmesan risotto.
its a bowl of vitamins,cheese and about a third of a bottle of wine...lol
i could have just used deep plates..but making a kind of bowl out of cucumber and tomato seemed more fun
i might be a little bored here

i used my trademark style of cooking...what measures? oh it needs wine *throws in glass of wine* and parmesan *grates the whole block and throws it in*
cooking is easy :)
